Nfy L Meth Tab (30s) contain L-methylfolate (5-MTHF) 30 tablets for folate supplementation, especially when standard folic acid is not suitable (e.g. MTHFR). Take as directed; usually one tablet daily. Do not exceed recommended dose. Not a substitute for medical treatment.

Dietary supplementation of folate when L-methylfolate is preferred.
