Nurnmir (Spf 75) 30g Sunblock Cream is a broad-spectrum sunscreen SPF 75 for face and body. For external use only. Apply liberally 15 to 30 minutes before sun exposure; reapply every 2 hours and after swimming or sweating. Not a substitute for shade and protective clothing.
