Ophthalmic ofloxacin is used to treat bacterial infections of the eye, including conjunctivitis (pink eye) and ulcers of the cornea. Ofloxacin is in a class of medications called quinolone antibiotics. It works by killing bacterial cells that cause infection. Corticosteroids bind to the glucocorticoid receptor, inhibiting pro-inflammatory signals, and promoting anti-inflammatory signals. Prednisolone acetate has a short duration of action as the half life is 2-3 hours.

Warnings
Talk to your doctor before using if you suffer from, or have in the past suffered from Eye ulcers or have had a disease or treatment to the eye that caused the tissue to become thin.
This medicine contain Benzalkonium chloride . It may be absorbed by soft contact lenses and may change the colour of the contact lenses. You is advised to remove contact lenses before using this medicine and put them back 15 minutes afterwards.
To avoid eye injury and contamination, do not let the tip of the dropper touch your eye or anything else.
