Ofloxacin 400mg tablets for bacterial infections.
Ofylin 400mg contains ofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase. It is used to treat susceptible bacterial infections including urinary tract infections, respiratory tract infections, sexually transmitted infections, and skin and soft tissue infections. Take as directed; complete the full course.

Ofloxacin 400mg per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in quinolone hypersensitivity and in patients with history of tendon disorders. Caution in epilepsy and renal impairment. Avoid in pregnancy and breastfeeding. May cause photosensitivity.
Side Effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness, insomnia. Rare: tendonitis, tendon rupture, peripheral neuropathy, CNS effects. Discontinue and seek medical help for tendon pain or numbness.
