Ogate Forte Eye Drop 5Ml contain gatifloxacin or similar (fluoroquinolone antibiotic) for bacterial eye infections. For ophthalmic use only. Use as directed; usually one or two drops in affected eye(s) every 2 to 4 hours. Do not touch dropper to eye. Prescription only.

Treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis or corneal infection when prescribed.

Mild stinging, blurred vision, redness. Report severe pain or worsening vision.
