Onato (10mg) 20 Tablets
Ondansetron 10mg tablets for nausea and vomiting.
Onato 10mg contains ondansetron, a serotonin 5-HT3 receptor antagonist used to prevent and treat nausea and vomiting caused by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery. Take as directed, usually one to two tablets 1 to 2 hours before treatment or as prescribed. Pack of 20 tablets.
Purpose
Prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting induced by chemotherapy, radiotherapy, or surgery.
Ingredients
Ondansetron (as hydrochloride dihydrate) 10mg per film-coated tablet.
Warnings
Caution in patients with prolonged QT interval or on other QT-prolonging drugs. Risk of serotonin syndrome with SSRIs or SNRIs. Avoid in severe hepatic impairment at high doses.
Side Effects
Headache, constipation, fatigue. Rare: QT prolongation, serotonin syndrome with serotonergic drugs.
