Treatment of hypertension in adults.

Olmesartan medoxomil, Amlodipine and Hydrochlorothiazide; as per pack.

Contraindicated in pregnancy. Monitor potassium. Do not use for initial therapy unless prescribed.

Dizziness, edema, headache, hypokalemia.
