Orinase 4mg contains glimepiride, a sulphonylurea for type 2 diabetes. Take with breakfast or first main meal. Pack of 20 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus as an adjunct to diet and exercise.

Risk of hypoglycemia. Not for type 1 diabetes. Caution in renal or hepatic impairment. Avoid alcohol.
