Ofloxacin 400mg tablets 5s for bacterial infections.
Oxaquin (400mg) 5 Tablets contain ofloxacin 400mg (fluoroquinolone antibiotic) for bacterial infections as prescribed. Take as directed; usually one tablet once or twice daily. Complete the full course. Do not use in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice. Prescription only.

Treatment of bacterial infections when prescribed.
Ingredients
Ofloxacin 400mg per tablet; 5 tablets.
Warnings
Prescription only. Complete full course. May cause tendon damage; report tendon pain or swelling. Avoid prolonged sun exposure. Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding without advice.
Side Effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness. Report tendon pain, swelling, or numbness; mood changes; or severe diarrhoea.

Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack. Keep out of reach of children.
