Methyl salicylate and menthol stimulate cutaneous thermal receptors, inducing a sequential cooling and warming sensation that counters deep nociceptive signaling through gate-control mechanisms, while diclofenac inhibits cyclooxygenase enzymes to block localized prostaglandin synthesis. Purpose

Warnings

- Apply only to completely intact, unbroken skin and never over open wounds, severe cuts, or eczematous rashes.\n- Wash your hands thoroughly immediately after application and completely avoid touching your eyes, nose, or mouth.\n- Do not wrap the treated area with airtight bandages or apply external heating pads, as this significantly increases systemic drug absorption.

Side Effects
