Panizox 40mg Tab 14s contains pantoprazole 40mg, a proton pump inhibitor for GERD and peptic ulcers. Take before a meal; swallow tablet whole. Prescription only.

Purpose

Treatment of gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and peptic ulcer disease.

Ingredients

Pantoprazole (as sodium) 40mg per tablet; 14 tablets.

Warnings

Not for immediate relief of heartburn. Report persistent diarrhoea or signs of hypomagnesaemia.

Side Effects

Headache, diarrhoea, abdominal pain. Long-term use may be associated with hypomagnesaemia. Report muscle cramps or irregular heartbeat.
