Penicillin 10 Lac Inj is benzylpenicillin (penicillin G) 10 lakh (1 million) units injection for the treatment of susceptible bacterial infections including streptococcal, pneumococcal, and meningococcal infections. Administered by intramuscular or intravenous route by a healthcare professional.

Treatment of susceptible bacterial infections including streptococcal, pneumococcal, and meningococcal infections when prescribed.
Ingredients
Benzylpenicillin (penicillin G) 1,000,000 units (10 lakh) per vial or ampoule.
Warnings
Contraindicated in penicillin hypersensitivity. Administer only by trained personnel. Have adrenaline available for anaphylaxis. Not for intrathecal use.
Side Effects
Allergic reactions including anaphylaxis, injection-site pain. Rare: seizures with very high doses. Report rash, swelling, or difficulty breathing.
Storage Instructions
Store in refrigerator (2–8°C). Protect from light. Reconstitute immediately before use. Use within timeframe after reconstitution.
