Peridone 10mg contains domperidone, a gastroprokinetic and anti-emetic that blocks dopamine receptors in the gut and chemoreceptor trigger zone. It restores gastric motility and reduces nausea and vomiting. Used for nausea, vomiting, bloating, delayed gastric emptying (gastroparesis), and functional dyspepsia.
