Pidogrel Ap (75/150mg) 10 Tablets
Clopidogrel and aspirin antiplatelet tablets.
Pidogrel Ap (75/150mg) 10 Tablets contains clopidogrel (antiplatelet) and possibly aspirin for prevention of atherothrombotic events (e.g. after MI, stroke). The 75/150mg may be clopidogrel 75mg and aspirin 150mg. Take once daily as directed; do not stop abruptly.
Purpose
Prevention of atherothrombotic events in patients with recent MI, stroke, or established peripheral arterial disease when prescribed.
Ingredients
Clopidogrel 75mg and aspirin 150mg (or strengths as per pack) per tablet.
Warnings
Risk of bleeding; report signs of bleeding. Do not stop abruptly without medical advice. Contraindicated in active bleeding. Avoid with other anticoagulants unless prescribed.
Side Effects
Bleeding, bruising, gastrointestinal upset. Report signs of bleeding (black stools, blood in urine, unusual bruising).
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
