Polygel (0.2%) 10g Eye Gel
Ofloxacin 0.2% eye gel 10g for bacterial eye infection.
Polygel (0.2%) 10g Eye Gel contains ofloxacin 0.2% or similar (fluoroquinolone antibiotic) as eye gel for bacterial eye infections. For ophthalmic use only. Apply a small amount to inside of lower lid as directed; usually once or twice daily. Do not touch tube to eye. Prescription only.
Purpose
Treatment of bacterial conjunctivitis or corneal infection when prescribed.
Ingredients
Ofloxacin 0.2% or equivalent; 10g.
Warnings
For ophthalmic use only. Do not wear contact lenses during treatment. Do not touch tube to eye. Report pain or worsening. Prescription only.
Side Effects
Mild stinging, temporary blurred vision. Report severe pain or worsening vision.
Storage Instructions
Store as directed. Keep tube tightly closed. Discard after opening as stated. Keep out of reach of children.
