Pregy 50mg contains pregabalin, which binds to the alpha-2-delta subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels in the central nervous system, reducing nerve excitability. It is used for neuropathic pain (diabetic neuropathy, postherpetic neuralgia), fibromyalgia, and as adjunctive therapy for partial-onset seizures. Manufactured by SAMI Pharmaceuticals.
