Prodent (1%) 250Ml Mouthwash contains chlorhexidine 1% (or 0.2%) for gingivitis and oral hygiene. Rinse as directed; do not swallow. Use for short periods only.

Purpose

Treatment of gingivitis and maintenance of oral hygiene when used as directed.

Ingredients

Chlorhexidine gluconate 1% or 0.2%; 250ml mouthwash.

Warnings

Do not swallow. Do not use for more than 30 days without advice. May stain teeth; brush before use. Do not use if allergic to chlorhexidine.

Side Effects

Tooth staining, taste disturbance. Rare: allergic reaction. Brush before use to reduce staining.

Storage Instructions

Store below 25°C. Keep bottle tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
