Ciprofloxacin 250mg tablets 10s for bacterial infections.
Proflox 250mg Tab 10s contains ciprofloxacin, a fluoroquinolone antibiotic for bacterial infections including urinary tract, respiratory, and skin infections. Take as directed; complete the full course. Avoid dairy close to dosing.
Purpose
Treatment of bacterial infections (e.g. urinary tract, respiratory, skin) when susceptible organisms are identified or presumed.
Ingredients
Ciprofloxacin (as hydrochloride) 250mg per tablet; 10 tablets.
Warnings
Prescription only. Avoid sun exposure; use sunscreen. Discontinue and seek medical advice if tendon pain or swelling occurs. Not for use in pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.
Side Effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, headache, dizziness. Rare: tendon damage, CNS effects, photosensitivity. Report tendon pain, swelling, or mood changes.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from light and moisture.
