Patients is advised to be advised that blurring or other visual symptoms such as spots or _x001d_ashes (scintillating scotomata) may occasionally occur during therapy with Clomifen .
Clomifene therapy usually regresses spontaneously within a few days or weeks after discontinuing treatment.
The ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome (OHSS) may occur in patients receiving Clomifene therapy for ovulation induction.
