Provas Ez Tab is a fixed-dose combination of pravastatin (statin) and ezetimibe for lowering LDL cholesterol and triglycerides. Used for primary hypercholesterolemia when diet and exercise are insufficient. Take once daily as directed. Pack of 30 tablets.

Purpose

Treatment of primary hypercholesterolemia and mixed dyslipidemia.

Ingredients

Warnings

Report unexplained muscle pain or weakness. Not for use during pregnancy. Monitor liver function.

Side Effects

Headache, muscle pain, abdominal pain, fatigue. Report unexplained muscle pain.
