Qad-Fen DS Syrup is a double-strength pediatric oral suspension designed to manage higher degrees of pain, localized inflammation, and stubborn high fevers in older children. By delivering a concentrated dose of an active NSAID, it safely downregulates pyretic and inflammatory pathways, facilitating fast recovery from severe tonsillitis, dental pain, or viral fevers.
Purpose
Suppresses inflammatory prostaglandin pathways to resolve high fevers and moderate childhood pain states.

Warnings
Ensure accurate dosing using a calibrated syringe or spoon; never double the dose if a previous one was missed. Contraindicated in children suffering from active gastrointestinal bleeding, severe renal insufficiency, or advanced hepatic impairment. Discontinue administration immediately and seek medical attention if the child develops a sudden skin rash, facial swelling, or wheezing. Keep the bottle locked away and out of reach of children to prevent accidental overdose.
