Warnings

Exceeding the maximum daily dose can cause severe, irreversible hepatic damage and liver failure. Check all other cold, cough, or flu medicines carefully to ensure they do not contain parallel paracetamol compounds. Avoid administration if the child has severe liver impairment or known hypersensitivity to the active molecule. Keep out of reach of children under 3 years to eliminate the risk of accidental toxicity.

Side Effects

Rare skin rashes or allergic hives. Mild gastrointestinal upset if given on an empty stomach. Very rare changes in blood cell counts with prolonged high-dose usage. Mild sleepiness or lethargy.
