Ramipril 1.25mg tablets for hypertension, heart failure, and cardiovascular protection.
Ramipace 1.25mg contains ramipril, an ACE (Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme) inhibitor. It works by inhibiting angiotensin II synthesis and reducing sympathetic activity, causing blood vessels to relax and widen. This lowers blood pressure and reduces strain on the heart. Ramipace is used for hypertension, heart failure, post-heart-attack prophylaxis, cardiovascular risk reduction, and kidney protection in diabetic patients.

Warnings
Contraindicated in angioedema, aortic stenosis. Not for use during pregnancy. Do not stop abruptly.
Side Effects
Dry cough, dizziness, headache, fatigue, and orthostatic hypotension. May cause elevated potassium.
