Escitalopram 12.5mg CR tablets 30s for depression and anxiety.
Raxil Cr (12.5mg) 30 Tablets contains escitalopram, an SSRI antidepressant. Used for depression and generalised anxiety disorder. Controlled-release formulation for once-daily dosing. Take as directed; improvement may take several weeks.
Purpose
Treatment of major depressive disorder and generalised anxiety disorder in adults.
Ingredients
Escitalopram (as oxalate) 12.5mg per controlled-release tablet; 30 tablets.
Warnings
May increase risk of suicidal thoughts in young adults; monitor closely. Do not stop abruptly. Avoid MAOIs. Report agitation, fever, or unusual behaviour.
Side Effects
Nausea, headache, insomnia, fatigue, dry mouth, sexual dysfunction. Rare: serotonin syndrome, hyponatraemia. Report agitation, fever, or confusion.
