Dextromethorphan cough syrup 120ml. Use as directed.
Reltus Dm 120Ml Syp contains dextromethorphan and possibly guaifenesin for cough (dry or productive). Use as directed; dose depends on age. Do not use for more than 7 days without medical advice.
Purpose
Symptomatic relief of cough when used as directed.
Ingredients
Dextromethorphan and possibly guaifenesin; 120ml syrup. Strengths as per pack.
Warnings
If cough persists beyond 7 days or is accompanied by fever, consult a doctor. Do not use in children under 4 years unless directed. May cause drowsiness.
Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness. Do not use with MAOIs or SSRIs. Report persistent cough or difficulty breathing.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C. Keep bottle tightly closed. Shake well before use if stated. Keep out of reach of children.
