Reuflora (10 Sachet / Pack) is an oral probiotic supplement containing beneficial microorganisms designed to restore and maintain the natural equilibrium of intestinal microflora. It works by colonizing the gastrointestinal tract with viable probiotic strains that competitively inhibit the adhesion and proliferation of pathogenic bacteria on the intestinal mucosa. This action enhances local gut immunity, promotes the synthesis of short-chain fatty acids, and improves overall digestive function, thereby reducing the incidence and severity of acute or antibiotic-associated diarrhea.

To manage acute infectious diarrhea, prevent antibiotic-associated diarrhea, and support overall gastrointestinal and immune health.

Ingredients

Probiotics (Lactobacillus / Saccharomyces strains)

Warnings

Mix the contents of the sachet in cool or room-temperature water or milk; never use hot liquids as heat destroys live probiotic strains. Administer at least two hours apart from oral antibiotic doses to prevent the immediate eradication of the beneficial bacteria. Use with caution in severely immunocompromised patients or those with central venous catheters due to a rare risk of bacteremia. This product is a supportive dietary supplement and must not replace oral rehydration therapy in cases of severe fluid loss.

Side Effects

Generally excellent tolerability with a very low incidence of systemic adverse reactions when taken at recommended doses. Mild, transient gastrointestinal adjustments including temporary bloating, flatulence, or mild abdominal discomfort during initial use. Rare hypersensitivity reactions to the excipients or flavorings present within the sachet formulation. Potential but extremely rare systemic fungal or bacterial infections strictly in critically ill or immunocompromised individuals.
