Rexis D 120Ml Syrup is vitamin D (and possibly calcium) syrup for children or adults for bone health and deficiency. Use as directed; dose depends on age and indication.
Purpose
Supplementation of vitamin D for bone health or deficiency when used as directed.
Ingredients
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol); strength as per pack; 120ml syrup.
Warnings
Do not exceed recommended dose. If deficiency is suspected, consult a doctor for dose.
Side Effects
Generally well tolerated. Excessive dose may cause hypercalcaemia. Report unusual tiredness or bone pain.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C. Keep bottle tightly closed. Shake well before use. Keep out of reach of children.
