Levetiracetam 250mg tablets for partial-onset and generalised seizures.
Rithmo 250mg contains levetiracetam, an antiepileptic that modulates synaptic neurotransmitter release. It is used as monotherapy or adjunctive therapy for partial-onset seizures, myoclonic seizures in juvenile myoclonic epilepsy, and primary generalised tonic-clonic seizures. The 250mg strength allows flexible dosing and titration.

Warnings
Do not stop abruptly; taper under medical supervision. May cause drowsiness; caution when driving. Report suicidal thoughts or severe mood changes.
Side Effects
Drowsiness, dizziness, fatigue, headache, behavioural changes, irritability. Rare: psychosis, thrombocytopenia. Report mood changes or unusual behaviour.
