Rupataget 1mg/ml Oral Solution contains Rupatadine, a second-generation antihistamine and platelet-activating factor (PAF) antagonist. This unique dual mechanism blockades both histamine H1 receptors and PAF receptors, delivering powerful, long-lasting relief from nasal congestion, sneezing, rhinorrhea, and localized pruritus associated with allergic conditions.

Purpose

Used for the symptomatic treatment of allergic rhinitis and urticaria in adults, adolescents, and children.

Warnings

Use with caution in patients with known hepatic or renal impairment; dosage adjustments may be necessary.

Avoid concurrent consumption of grapefruit juice, as it can significantly increase systemic exposure to the drug.
