Safgo Met 1/500mg is sitagliptin 100mg and metformin 500mg for type 2 diabetes. Usually one tablet twice daily with meals. Pack of 30 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus.

Sitagliptin (as phosphate) 100mg and Metformin hydrochloride 500mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment. Risk of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes.

Nausea, diarrhea, headache. Rare: lactic acidosis, pancreatitis.

Store below 25C in a dry place.
