Warnings

Prescription only. Report unexplained muscle pain or weakness. Avoid grapefruit in large amounts. Regular monitoring may be required.

Side Effects

Muscle pain, headache, GI upset. Rare: myopathy, hepatotoxicity. Report unexplained muscle pain or weakness.
