Tell your doctor if you have unexplained muscle pain, tenderness or weakness not caused by exercise. This is because on rare occasions, muscle problems can be serious, including muscle breakdown resulting in kidney damage that can lead to death. Your doctor may do a blood test to check for certain muscle problems.
Tell your doctor if you ever had liver disease. Your doctor will do a blood test to make sure you have no problems with your liver.
Tell your doctor if you have kidney problems or any other medical problems.
