Sitaglu (100mg) 14 Tablets
Sitagliptin 100mg tablets for type 2 diabetes.
Sitaglu (100mg) contains sitagliptin, a DPP-4 inhibitor for type 2 diabetes. The 100mg strength is for once-daily dosing when higher dose is needed. Take once daily as directed; may be taken with or without food.
Purpose
Treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus as monotherapy or in combination with other antidiabetic agents.
Ingredients
Sitagliptin 100mg (as phosphate) per tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in diabetic ketoacidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes. Report severe abdominal pain.
Side Effects
Headache, nasopharyngitis, upper respiratory infection, hypoglycaemia when combined with insulin or sulphonylurea. Rare: pancreatitis. Report severe abdominal pain.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
