Sitaphage Xr 100 and 1000mg is sitagliptin and metformin extended release for type 2 diabetes. Take once daily. Pack of 14 tablets.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes as adjunct to diet and exercise.

Sitagliptin 100mg and Metformin hydrochloride 1000mg extended release per tablet.

Contraindicated in severe renal impairment. Risk of lactic acidosis. Not for type 1 diabetes.

Nausea, diarrhea, nasopharyngitis. Risk of lactic acidosis with metformin.
