Sitaphage Xr (50/1000) mg Tablets 14s contain sitagliptin 50mg and metformin 1000mg extended-release (DPP-4 inhibitor and antidiabetic) for type 2 diabetes as prescribed. Take as directed; usually one tablet once daily. Prescription only.

Treatment of type 2 diabetes when prescribed.
