Silodosin 1mg tablets for benign prostatic hyperplasia.
Sl Gan 1mg Tab 20s contains silodosin, an alpha-1A adrenergic antagonist for symptomatic treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). The 1mg strength may be for titration; usual dose is 8mg once daily. Take as directed after same meal.
Purpose
Treatment of signs and symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Ingredients
Silodosin 1mg per tablet (or strength as per pack).
Warnings
May cause orthostatic hypotension; caution when standing. Not for use in women or children. Caution in severe renal or hepatic impairment.
Side Effects
Dizziness, retrograde ejaculation, orthostatic hypotension, nasal congestion. Report fainting or severe dizziness.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture.
