Montelukast 5mg syrup 60ml for asthma and allergies.
Softin 5mg Syp 60Ml contains montelukast or similar leukotriene modifier in syrup form for asthma and allergic rhinitis in children. Use as directed; measure with provided device. Usually once daily in the evening.
Purpose
Prophylaxis and chronic treatment of asthma; relief of symptoms of allergic rhinitis in children when prescribed.
Ingredients
Montelukast 5mg per 5ml (or as per pack); 60ml bottle.
Warnings
Not for acute asthma attacks. Report mood or behaviour changes. Not a substitute for inhaled corticosteroids when prescribed.
Side Effects
Headache, abdominal pain, upper respiratory infection. Rare: behavioural changes. Report mood or behaviour changes.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C. Keep bottle tightly closed. Protect from light. Use within period after opening. Keep out of reach of children.
