Softin Od 5mg Tab 10s
Solifenacin 5mg tablets for overactive bladder.
Softin Od 5mg contains solifenacin succinate, a muscarinic receptor antagonist used for overactive bladder syndrome. It reduces bladder muscle contractions to relieve urge incontinence, urgency, and frequency. Take once daily; may be increased to 10mg if needed and tolerated. Do not exceed 5mg daily in severe renal impairment or moderate hepatic impairment. Pack of 10 tablets.
Purpose
Symptomatic treatment of urge incontinence and/or urinary frequency and urgency in overactive bladder syndrome.
Ingredients
Solifenacin succinate 5mg per film-coated tablet.
Warnings
Contraindicated in urinary retention, gastric retention, uncontrolled narrow-angle glaucoma. Caution in bladder outlet obstruction. May cause drowsiness; avoid driving until effects known.
Side Effects
Dry mouth, constipation, blurred vision, urinary retention, drowsiness. May cause angioedema; seek help if swelling of face or throat.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25C in a dry place. Protect from moisture.
