Sofvasc Hct 5/160/25mg is amlodipine, valsartan and hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension. Triple combination. Take once daily. Pack of 28 tablets.

Treatment of hypertension in adults (substitution therapy).

Amlodipine 5mg, Valsartan 160mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in pregnancy. Monitor potassium. Do not use for initial therapy unless prescribed.

Dizziness, edema, headache, hypokalemia, hyperkalemia.

Store below 25C. Protect from moisture.
