Spasler Neo 135mg contains alverine citrate, an antispasmodic that relaxes smooth muscle in the gut. Used for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and other functional gastrointestinal disorders with cramping and spasm. Take as directed, usually three times daily before meals. Pack of 30 tablets.
