Telfast 120mg contains fexofenadine hydrochloride, a non-sedating antihistamine used for relief of seasonal allergic rhinitis (hay fever) and chronic idiopathic urticaria. Take once daily with or without food; water only (fruit juice may reduce absorption). Pack of tablets.

Relief of seasonal allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Side Effects

Headache, drowsiness (less than older antihistamines), dry mouth, nausea.
