Tolvaptan 2mg tablets 30s. Prescription only.
Tovir (2mg) 30 Tablets contains tolvaptan 2mg (or similar; may be 15mg/30mg for hyponatraemia) for syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone (SIADH). Take as directed. Prescription only.
Purpose
Treatment of hyponatraemia (e.g. SIADH) when prescribed.
Ingredients
Tolvaptan 2mg per tablet (or strength as per pack); 30 tablets.
Warnings
Prescription only. Monitor as advised. Report liver symptoms. Do not restrict fluid unless advised.
Side Effects
Thirst, dry mouth, increased urination. Rare: hepatotoxicity, dehydration. Report yellow skin, dark urine, or severe thirst.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack; protect from moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
