Treatan (16mg) 28 Tablets contains ezetimibe 10mg and atorvastatin or similar (16mg may be ezetimibe/simvastatin combination) for high cholesterol. Take once daily as directed. Prescription only.
Purpose
Treatment of hypercholesterolaemia when combination therapy is indicated.
Ingredients
Ezetimibe and statin (strengths as per pack); 28 tablets.
Warnings
Prescription only. Report unexplained muscle pain or weakness. Avoid grapefruit in large amounts with some statins.
Side Effects
Muscle pain, headache, GI upset. Rare: myopathy, hepatotoxicity. Report unexplained muscle pain or weakness.
