Trulicity Pen 4s contains dulaglutide, a GLP-1 agonist for type 2 diabetes. Inject once weekly as directed. Refrigerate until first use; then may be kept at room temperature. Prescription only.

Purpose

Treatment of type 2 diabetes when prescribed.

Ingredients

Dulaglutide; 4 pre-filled pens. Strength as per pack.

Warnings

Prescription only. Report severe abdominal pain (possible pancreatitis). Not for type 1 diabetes. Refrigerate until first use.

Side Effects

Nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal pain. Rare: pancreatitis. Report severe abdominal pain.

Storage Instructions

Store unopened in refrigerator (2–8°C). Do not freeze. After first use, may be kept at room temperature for up to 14 days. Keep out of reach of children.
