Urilef (100mg) 30 Tablets
Allopurinol 100mg tablets for gout and uric acid reduction.
Urilef 100mg contains allopurinol, a xanthine oxidase inhibitor that reduces uric acid production. Used for gout (chronic and recurrent), and to prevent uric acid kidney stones and tumour lysis syndrome. Take once daily after food with plenty of water. Dose may be titrated by doctor. Pack of 30 tablets.

Allopurinol 100mg per tablet.
Warnings
Stop and seek medical help if rash, fever, or signs of hypersensitivity. Caution in renal impairment; dose reduction may be required. Maintain adequate fluid intake. Not for acute gout attack; use anti-inflammatory for acute attack.
Side Effects
Rash, nausea, diarrhea, headache. Rare: severe hypersensitivity (Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis); stop and seek help if rash or fever. May cause drowsiness initially.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25C in a dry place. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
