Valtec Amh 10/160/12.5mg is valsartan, amlodipine and hydrochlorothiazide for hypertension. Triple combination. Take once daily. Pack of 28 tablets.

Treatment of hypertension in adults (substitution therapy).

Valsartan 160mg, Amlodipine 10mg and Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5mg per tablet.

Contraindicated in pregnancy. Monitor potassium. Do not use for initial therapy unless prescribed.

Dizziness, edema, headache, hypokalemia.
