Vildagliptin and metformin 50/500mg tablets 14s for type 2 diabetes.
Vildrozon 50/500mg Tab 14s contain vildagliptin 50mg and metformin 500mg (DPP-4 inhibitor and biguanide) for type 2 diabetes as an adjunct to diet and exercise. Take as directed; usually one tablet once or twice daily with meals. Do not use in severe kidney impairment. Prescription only.
Purpose
Adjunct treatment of type 2 diabetes when prescribed with diet and exercise.
Ingredients
Vildagliptin 50mg and metformin 500mg per tablet; 14 tablets.
Warnings
Prescription only. Not for type 1 diabetes or diabetic ketoacidosis. Do not use in severe kidney impairment. Avoid excessive alcohol. Report lactic acidosis or pancreatitis symptoms.
Side Effects
Nausea, diarrhoea, headache. Report lactic acidosis symptoms (unusual muscle pain, breathing difficulty) or pancreatitis (severe abdominal pain).
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Keep in original pack. Keep out of reach of children.
