Vmed (5/80mg) 14 Tablets combines amlodipine (CCB) 5mg and valsartan (ARB) 80mg for hypertension when dual therapy is needed. Take once daily as directed; may be taken with or without food.

Purpose

Treatment of essential hypertension when dual therapy is appropriate.

Ingredients

Amlodipine 5mg and valsartan 80mg per tablet.

Warnings

Contraindicated in pregnancy; can cause fetal injury. Caution in hepatic and renal impairment. Avoid potassium supplements unless advised.
