Vonoprazan 10mg tablets for gastric ulcers, reflux, and H. pylori eradication.
Vonozan 10mg contains vonoprazan, a potassium-competitive acid blocker (PCAB) that strongly suppresses gastric acid production. It is used for gastric and duodenal ulcers, reflux esophagitis, and as part of Helicobacter pylori eradication therapy. Available in 10mg and 20mg strengths from Getz Pharma.
Purpose
Treatment of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, reflux esophagitis; adjunct to H. pylori eradication.
Ingredients
Vonoprazan (as fumarate) 10mg per tablet.
Warnings
Take as directed. Long-term use should be under medical supervision. Report persistent diarrhea or abdominal pain.
Side Effects
Generally well-tolerated. May cause diarrhea, nausea, abdominal discomfort.
Storage Instructions
Store below 25°C in a dry place. Protect from moisture.
