Esomeprazole 20mg capsules for acid reflux and GERD.
Winzek 20mg contains esomeprazole, the S-enantiomer of omeprazole and a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the H+/K+ ATPase pump. Used for gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), healing of erosive esophagitis, and gastric acid-related conditions. Take before meals. Pack of 20 capsules.
Purpose

Ingredients
Esomeprazole (as magnesium or equivalent) 20mg per capsule.
Warnings
If symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical advice. Long-term PPI use may mask gastric malignancy. Caution in osteoporosis; monitor magnesium with prolonged use.
Side Effects
Headache, abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, flatulence. Long-term use may be associated with hypomagnesemia and increased fracture risk.
